To reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19, the government and the College of Physicians & Surgeons of BC have imposed restrictions to the medical services being offered in-person at clinics. Currently, most medical visits are conducted virtually (phone or video). However, in-office visits remain an integral part of any medical practice.
Our MOA’s are trained to screen and triage appointments from incoming phone calls. They direct all medical inquiries to a physician on duty. If one of our physicians deems it necessary to have an in-person visit, the office staff will schedule a time for you to come in.
We thank all our patients for their understanding and their cooperation with our COVID-19 Safety Plan.
